“Baddest” is an energetic new single from Ghanaian musical duo DopeNation, featured on their latest studio project titled Ghanapiano The Album. Released on July 10, 2025, the album includes 17 tracks, with “Baddest” placed as the 11th song. The track runs for approximately 2 minutes and 57 seconds and showcases the twins’ signature fusion of Ghanaian rhythms with South African Amapiano elements.
DopeNation, made up of twin brothers Michael Boafo known as B2 and Tony Boafo known as Twist, has established themselves as both artists and producers. Every song on the Ghanapiano album was written, produced, and arranged by the duo themselves. Their ability to blend Ghanaian Highlife, Hiplife, and Afrobeat with the trending Amapiano style has created a unique genre they call “Ghanapiano.” “Baddest” exemplifies this innovation with its catchy piano melodies, percussive beats, and confident lyrical flow.
